MCo HOSPITAL AIDS PVT. LTD., established in April 1983, was the first Indian Company to manufacture Surgical Sutures. The business commenced with manufacture of Absorbable Surgical Sutures (Catgut) followed by Non Absorbable Surgical Sutures and Synthetic Absorbable Sutures, conforming to USP Standards. An ISO 9001-2008, CE, WHO GMP and ISO 13485-2003 Certified Company, MCo Hospital Aids Pvt. Ltd. is well equipped with machinery, equipment, laboratory and quality control facilities. The strictest quality standards are maintained during the entire process of manufacture and packing, commencing from purchase of raw material to the final packed product. These stringent standards are maintained by qualified and well-trained technical personnel (managerial, supervisory and workers) and supported by efficient administrative staff. In the domestic market, the products are being supplied to various Government and Private Health Organizations, Hospitals and Nursing Homes. The products are also being exported to some Asian countries, South Africa and Russia.

	The RELYON SKIN STAPLER is single-use skin stapler places one staple each time the instrument handles are activated. The staples first penetrate the skin and are then formed, thus holding the tissue together. The skin stapler comes preloaded & is available in 35 staples.

	RELYON MESH is a sterile, transparent, Non Absorbable, pre-shaped, extruded biocompatible knitted polypropylene monofilament with low weight. RELYON MESH does not have any derived products from human or animal origin. RELYON MESH is packaged in medical pouches in a certified clean room and sterilized by ETO according to a validated process. RELYON MESH is recommended for surgical repair of hernia, prolapse and urinary stress incontinence. RELYON MESH offers significant advantages :

	Coated Braided Polyester (Synthetic Non Absorbable) Multifilament, braided, biologically inert non absorbable suture. Fine, synthetic Polyester filaments are braided by a special technique. Fine braiding provides this material with excellent smoothness. Polybutylate coating helps smooth passage through tissue, easy tissue penetration minimising trauma. Excellent handling properties and knot security specially processed for non-capillary characteristics. High Tensile Strength helps in retaining strength in tissue, the suture is well accepted by the body and gets encapsulated by the body tissues.

RELYON POLY
	Synthetic blue monofilament, Polypropylene is the most versatile monofilament suture. A modern extruding technique ensures a strand that passes through the tissue without drag and does not have any “sawing” effect. Excellent penetration with minimum trauma. Physically inert, smooth, easy to handle and to knot securely. Highest Tensile Strength amongst all monofilament sutures. Ideal to fulfill its purpose of being a support without loosing its Tensile Strength.
